Use this 10-minute set: breathing (3 min), articulation drill (5 min), cooldown (2 min). Keep movements small and consistent.
Breathing: 3 minutes of low, silent inhales through the nose and long, unforced exhales on a soft “sssss”—feel ribs expand laterally.
Articulation: 5 minutes of consonant clusters: “ptk bdg fvs zhj lrm nng”. Keep jaw free, tongue precise, lips energetic. Speak short phrases: “Pick big goals.” “Keep voice steady.”
Cooldown: 2 minutes of gentle hums gliding down in pitch, then quiet reading at half volume to integrate clarity without tension.
